Photo Tips

You will need to submit 3 photos before you start your transformation, and 3 photos after the 12-week transformation period.

Each set of photos should feature photos showing your profile front, back, and side.

A newspaper with a visible date should be present in each photo.

It is recommended that the photos be of the highest resolution and quality possible.

The upload file size limit is 6 MB.
