Fat Loss Plateaus

When trying to lose body fat, my body tends to drop a lot of fat at first, then the fat loss plateaus for a couple of weeks, before continuing. How do I avoid these plateaus without causing potential harm by over-training or over-dieting?

In any journey its all about steps. Continue to take the steps and it will happen. Keep in mind the body will adapt and as it does you will need to nudge it just a little more.
